In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the hot55 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and hot55 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

If hot55 amends these Terms at any time, continued use of the Platform following publication of the revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an account on hot55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hot55 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 21, with any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling policies.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any government or international sanctions list, including those administered by the United Nations Security Council, OFAC, or equivalent bodies.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on hot55 or any other gambling platform to which hot55 is party to a shared exclusion program.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

hot55 reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of hot55 services, you must register a member account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following rules apply to account registration:

Each individual may hold only one active hot55 account. If you already hold a hot55 account, you are prohibited from registering an additional account. Duplicate accounts detected by hot55 — identified by matching name, date of birth, address, device fingerprint, IP address, bank account number, or payment method — will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or passport), date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

hot55 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID; proof of address dated within 90 days; and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Your hot55 account is strictly for your own personal use. You may not allow any other person to use your account, access your account credentials, or place bets on your behalf. Commercial use of the account — including syndicate betting arrangements, automated betting systems, or API access without prior written authorisation — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hot55 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or hot55 support staff (hot55 will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Notify hot55 immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

hot55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. hot55 reserves the right to suspend an account if suspicious login activity is detected, pending investigation.

hot55 accepts deposits exclusively from members who have passed applicable eligibility checks. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply:

hot55 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction on the deposit page.

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Deposits using funds derived from illegal activities, or using payment methods belonging to third parties, are strictly prohibited. hot55 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to involve third-party funds and to report such transactions to relevant authorities.

hot55 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which hot55 accepts no liability.

Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your hot55 account within five (5) minutes. If your deposit is not reflected in your account balance after 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 Live Chat support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

All withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the deposit. hot55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If the deposit method is no longer available, you must complete KYC verification and contact support to arrange an alternative withdrawal route.

Withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000 (or cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 within any 30-day period) require full KYC verification to be completed prior to processing. hot55 reserves the right to apply KYC requirements to any withdrawal at its discretion.

Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows or subject to additional security review may take up to 24 hours. hot55 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking systems.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding bonus amounts. Only the real-money portion of your balance (net of any unsatisfied wagering obligations) is available for withdrawal at any time.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method and member tier. hot55 reserves the right to apply daily or weekly withdrawal limits at its sole discretion.

hot55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may be restricted by account status, jurisdiction, or payment method.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets. Free play, voided bets, and bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement calculations do not count toward progress.
• hot55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified on the promotion page. Upon expiry, all remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from them will be forfeited.
• hot55 may at its sole discretion determine that any member is attempting to abuse a promotion through coordinated wagering, hedging strategies, or other manipulation and may void the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals on the hot55 platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports) are published separately within each game or betting interface.

A bet or wager is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the hot55 system. A confirmation notification or updated account balance reflects acceptance. Bets placed during system errors, connectivity issues, or incomplete transaction states are not guaranteed to be honoured and may be voided at hot55's discretion.

hot55 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error — including incorrectly displayed odds, prices, or game parameters caused by a technical fault — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's balance.

Sports betting markets on hot55 cover domestic Indonesian competitions including BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, alongside major international leagues. All sportsbook bets are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed within the sportsbook interface. In the event of a conflict, sportsbook-specific rules take precedence over these general terms.

Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game are governed by the studio's published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. hot55 is not responsible for studio-side errors, but will act as an intermediary in disputes where the studio's own review process is inconclusive.

Members are encouraged to set deposit, loss, and session time limits via their account settings. hot55's responsible gaming tools are available at all times and are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hot55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one hot55 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or belonging to a third party.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from hot55.
• Colluding with other members or any hot55 employee to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly extract value from promotions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data or intellectual property from the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hot55 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

All content on the hot55 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and data — is the exclusive property of hot55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice; or use any hot55 branding or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of hot55's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hot55 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in live odds or game data supplied by third-party data providers.
• Any decision made by a member in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

Where hot55's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you to your hot55 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits hot55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

hot55 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a hot55 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hot55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data transfers to third parties are governed by appropriate data protection agreements.

You have the right to request access to the personal data hot55 holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where it is no longer required for legal or operational purposes, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. hot55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We encourage all members to gamble responsibly and within their means. The following responsible gaming features are available to all hot55 members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the hot55 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period specified at the time of request.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the hot55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations.

In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to hot55's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. Members are required to exhaust this internal complaints process before escalating a dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against hot55.
